​​Breeders, Jan Whitaker & Melody Weil could not have selected a more appropriate name than "Sweet Move".  This girl could really move in the show ring; and, she was so sweet we called her Candy!

 

Unlike our other dogs, we didn't get Candy as a puppy.  The first time we saw Candy she was competing in the classes at a dog show.  After watching her in the show ring and doing some research we knew she was something special.

 

She was going to be our perfect foundation girl!  We had our Handler approach the owner's Handler to open a dialog.  Then (like the  saying goes)  "the rest is history".

 

Candy became an American Champion winning at the Golden Retriever Specialty in Carmel CA.  She already had her Canadian Championship which she earned in just three weeks.

 

• earned Canadian Champion in 3 consecutive shows

• American Champion earned at the NORCAL Specialty (4 Point Major) !

• as we said, Sooooooo Sweet...

• She also loved the water - you couldn't keep her out of the pool !
